These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to purchases made through Pentacle Crafts, including purchases of physical products and downloadable digital products from our website:
Wiccanwellbeing.com
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business name: Pentacle Crafts
Business owner: Hayley Prime
Email: Support@wiccanwellbeing.com
Website: www.wiccanwellbeing.com
We operate as a sole trader business unless otherwise stated.
We sell physical Wiccan, Pagan, spiritual and wellbeing-related products and downloadable digital products, including PDF guides and other digital resources.
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information provided on our website are accurate.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
We will clearly identify the main characteristics of each product on its individual product page.
Where a product is handmade or naturally occurring, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture or finish may occur. Such variations will not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Our products are created for spiritual, religious, personal, educational and/or wellbeing purposes, as described on the individual product listing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products and digital resources are not medical treatments, medical devices or substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Any spiritual, ritual, symbolic, historical or wellbeing information provided with our products is for general informational and/or spiritual purposes.
You should seek appropriate professional advice for medical, mental-health, financial or other specialist concerns.
We do not guarantee that a spiritual practice, ritual, spell, meditation, affirmation, herb, crystal or other product will produce a particular result.
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, offer you a refund.
All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices will be displayed clearly before you place your order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you before processing the order.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing your order is accurate and complete.
We will normally acknowledge receipt of your order by email.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order.
We may refuse an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as a product being unavailable or an obvious pricing or technical error.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already made.
Payment must be made using the payment methods available through our website at the time of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
We do not normally store your full payment card details.
Your payment information may be processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
We will provide delivery information, including applicable delivery charges and estimated delivery times, before you complete your order.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you where appropriate.
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide tracking information where this is available.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays or adverse weather.
Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights relating to delivery.
Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, will normally be supplied electronically.
The product description will explain what is included in the digital product and, where relevant, the file format.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening the file format supplied.
If you experience a technical problem downloading or accessing a product, please contact us at:
We will make reasonable efforts to help you access a digital product that you have purchased.
When you purchase physical goods online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You normally have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Some types of goods are excluded from the statutory cancellation right, including certain personalised or made-to-order products and other categories specified by law.
Where an exception applies, this will be made clear on the relevant product page where appropriate.
To cancel an order, please contact us at:
Please provide your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You may use the model cancellation wording provided at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to use a particular form of words to exercise your cancellation right.
If you cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise require return at our expense under applicable law, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where we have informed you of this before purchase.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that you might examine them in a shop.
Where you validly cancel a purchase, we will provide a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For a cancelled physical-goods order, refunds will normally include the cost of the standard delivery option originally paid.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.
We will normally issue refunds using the original payment method.
Where you cancel a physical-goods order, we may wait to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Your statutory consumer rights apply in addition to these Terms.
Physical goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, as required by applicable consumer law.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Digital downloads have different cancellation rules from physical products.
You normally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content purchased online.
However, if you want the digital product to be supplied immediately, you will be asked to:
Where these requirements have been properly completed, your 14-day cancellation right will normally end when supply of the digital content begins.
Our checkout process should provide the appropriate acknowledgement before the download begins.
If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.
Digital content supplied by us must meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
If a downloadable PDF or other digital product is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have legal rights to a repair or replacement, or other remedies where repair or replacement is not possible or appropriate.
Unless otherwise stated, all content created by Pentacle Crafts, including:

When you purchase a downloadable product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use unless a different licence is expressly stated.
You must not, without our written permission:
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright ownership to you.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely free from technical problems.
We may occasionally update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:
We may moderate or remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these requirements.
We will not present paid, incentivised or otherwise commercially influenced reviews as independent customer reviews.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory rights relating to goods and digital content.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for matters outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include events such as:
Where possible, we will notify you of significant delays and take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.
